We're hiring: IFA Administrator - Deeside

We are recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a highly respected and fast‑growing financial planning firm based in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong experience in IFA administration, a solid understanding of financial planning platforms, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality client support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting advisers, managing client documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes within a regulated environment. This position offers long‑term career development within a professional and supportive team.



Package & Benefits

  • Salary up to £33,000 (DOE)

  • Quarterly and annual bonus scheme

  • Hybrid working - up to 3 days per week from home following probation

  • 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service) + bank holidays

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator

  • Strong understanding of financial services processes, platforms, and provider requirements

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work proactively and manage workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment
