We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Quality & Commissioning to lead the redesign and delivery of its Adult Social Care quality assurance function in the Walsall area.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen governance and quality oversight arrangements
- Establish a proactive quality presence across the provider market
- Design and implement a refreshed quality assurance framework
- Improve visibility and management of provider risk and safeguarding escalation
- Lead recruitment, capability development and cultural change within the team
You will bring:
Extensive Adult Social Care quality assurance experience Strong provider oversight and quality framework expertise Proven transformation and service redesign experience The ability to operate strategically and operationally at pace Credibility to influence senior stakeholders and drive improvementThis is a high-profile assignment requiring an experienced leader who can quickly assess risk, establish control and deliver meaningful improvement across the care market.
