Internal Sales Position – Timber & Builders Merchant

Our client, a highly respected and well-established timber and builders merchant, is known for its excellent reputation in the construction supplies industry. Due to their continued growth and success, we are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Salesperson to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and process sales orders via phone, email, and in person.

• Manage a sales ledger, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Offer expert advice on timber and building materials to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

• Proactively reach out to new and existing customers during quieter periods to generate new business opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A strong understanding of timber and building materials is essential, along with a solid knowledge of the construction supplies industry.

• Proven experience in internal sales or customer service roles is preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
