Located in Crawley, West Sussex, within easy reach of major transport hubs 
such as London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports as well as major ports, 
Neba is a growing international freight and logistics company with huge 
potential, with over 30 years of experience fulfilling our customers' shipping 
needs across the globe. We specialise in International Shipping and Freight 
Forwarding with a global network of freight agents, partners and suppliers.


We have built a reputation for integrity and excellence within the industry, 
providing comprehensive services for cargo of all descriptions. Transporting 
freight from LCL to FCL, huge project cargo shipments to some of the world’s 
most inaccessible destinations as well as major logistics hubs across the globe.
We are seeking a proactive commercially minded logistics professional to help 
drive our next stage of growth and support the team in delivering excellence 
across multiple sectors.


Duties
• To be an accountable team player, focused on delivering customer 
satisfaction, whilst being commercially minded.
• Manage contractual and ad-hoc customer transactions from enquiry to 
order fulfilment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing 
customers.
• Promote Neba Freight’s services across target markets, building brand 
visibility and trust.
• Support tenders and contract bids, ensuring competitive and compelling 
submissions.


Experience
• Proven experience of more than 3 years, in account management within 
logistics, freight, or supply chain.
• Confident communicator with a consultative approach and strong 
negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working both 
independently and as part of a small team.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working
