We’re hiring for an IT Support Analyst to join a well-established consumer products business in Glossop on a month-Long temporary basis, with the possibility to go permanent.

What will you be doing as an IT Support Analyst?
- Providing first line IT support across the business
- Managing helpdesk tickets and service desk requests
- Setting up users, laptops, phones, permissions and licences
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID
- Managing device enrolment, compliance checks and app deployment
- Monitoring backups, logs, alerts and endpoint protection
- Supporting printers, warehouse systems, laptops and phones
- Creating user guides and keeping support documentation up to date
- Escalating risks, recurring issues and specialist support queries when needed
What will you need?
- Experience in an IT support or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and Active Directory / Entra ID
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
- Basic understanding of networking and cyber security
- Ability to monitor systems including backups, logs and alerts
- Helpful, patient approach with strong communication skills
