Our client, a well-estabilised manufacturing business, is looking for a Junior Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customers. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants real responsibility and clear progression.

What you’ll be doing as a Junior Account Manger:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts (no cold calling focus)
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer needs
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
  • Reviewing account performance and analysing sales trends
  • Working with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service

What we’re looking for from our Junior Account Manager:

  • Around 1+ year of B2B sales or customer-facing experience
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
  • Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data
  • Interest in manufacturing or technical products is a bonus
