The role of the Junior Estimator – Design & Build will involve:

• Junior Estimator position promoting a manufactured range of commercial and residential design & build projects
• Support the Managing Director with the preparation and submission of tenders for commercial and residential design & build projects
• Assist in reviewing project requirements, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate understanding of scope
• Help produce detailed cost estimates aligned with client requirements
• Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure deadlines are met
• Attend project handover meetings to build understanding of live projects and processes
• Assist with variations, project valuations, and tracking work in progress for client submissions

The ideal applicant will be an Junior Estimator – Design & Build with:

• Must have a related degree within the construction industry
• Ideal for a candidate who’s looking to step and grow into an Estimator role
• Ideally been had technical experience within a subcontractor
• Highly advantageous to have Estimating experience
• Good communication skills both written and verbal 
• Logical thinker with excellent numeracy skills
• Robust, positive outlook and team player
