Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the development of a Secondary Education desk across Birmingham
• Building relationships with schools and education professionals
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing teaching staff
• Assisting with business development and client outreach
• Providing a high-quality service to both clients and candidates
• Managing candidate pipelines and administrative tasks
