We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Junior Sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team in this popular pub restaurant near Gillingham nr Dorset.

The role:

  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
  • Working as part of a positive and hardworking team

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous kitchen experience
  • Is organised, reliable, and enthusiastic
  • Works well under pressure
  • Has a passion for good food and hospitality
