Junior Sous Chef – Popular Countryside Pub Restaurant, Live-in, Near Gillingham, Dorset
Pay: Up to £17.00 per hour depending on experience

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Junior Sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team in this popular pub restaurant near Gillingham nr Dorset.

The role:
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
- Working as part of a positive and hardworking team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous kitchen experience
- Is organised, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Works well under pressure
- Has a passion for good food and hospitality
