What You'll Drive
- Act as the technical authority for all things D365 SCM
- Own incident, problem, and major escalation management
- Lead governance across managed service and delivery partners
- Oversee releases, upgrades, and environment readiness
- Ensure stability across Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics & Planning
- Manage Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Event Grid and more)
- Uphold SOX, audit, security, and risk controls
- Champion continuous improvement, resilience, and performance
What You Bring
- Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 SCM
- Background supporting SaaS/PaaS platforms
- Experience leading technical teams and third‑party suppliers
- Solid understanding of Azure-based integrations
- A confident communicator who thrives in enterprise-scale environments
