Salary: £19,000 – £22,000 actual salary

We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Dunstable to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for a new challenge or a Russell Group graduate seeking their first step into education and looking to gain valuable school-based experience.

• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or a strong academic background (Russell Group graduates encouraged to apply)
