What does the role involve?

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with students within classroom environments, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and succeed in their studies.

You may support:

• Students with additional learning needs

• Learners requiring academic or classroom support

• Small group activities

• Practical and vocational sessions

• Students with confidence, communication, or engagement barriers
