What You’ll Do

  • Carry out professional legionella risk assessments across commercial, healthcare, industrial, and residential sites.
  • Inspect water systems (hot & cold, cooling towers, process water) to spot risks before they become problems.
  • Produce clear, actionable reports and advise clients on ACOP L8 and HSG274 compliance.
  • Work closely with clients to recommend smart, practical solutions.
  • Share your knowledge and support the growth of junior colleagues.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in legionella risk assessments (City & Guilds or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of water systems and compliance standards.
  • Excellent report writing and client communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
