In this Lettings Service Assistant position, you will be:
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Lettings team
• Managing customer enquiries and supporting tenants throughout the lettings process
• Advertising and marketing available properties across relevant platforms
• Supporting referrals, tenancy documentation and Affordable Rent assessments
• Maintaining accurate records across systems, spreadsheets and tenancy accounts
• Managing communal keys, fobs and supporting operational compliance processes
• Completing CORE and local authority returns accurately and on time
• Working closely with internal teams to support smooth tenancy and operational delivery

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
• Experience within housing, lettings, customer service or administration
• A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities within a busy environment
• Strong administration and organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Experience using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
• An understanding of social housing or tenancy management processes (desirable)
• A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team
