Nurture Education is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Harrow. This exciting Level 3 Early Years Practitioner opportunity is ideal for an individual who is committed to providing high-quality early years education and helping young children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. The Role – Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children's learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage children's social, emotional and academic development.
  • Observe, assess and record children's progress.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
  • Promote safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing at all times.
  • Support children with additional needs where required.

Requirements – Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

To be considered for this Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role, you must have:

  • A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner within a nursery, preschool or primary school setting.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
