Your responsibilities as Line Leader Operative
  • Drive production lines to meet daily output and customer order targets
  • Carry out packing, assembly, and despatch preparation efficiently
  • Monitor product quality on the line and ensure standards are maintained
  • Operate machinery including mixing, filling, weighing, and wrapping equipment
  • Record production data and complete required daily checks accurately
  • Report faults, manage re-work, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace
What we’re looking for in a Line Leader Operative
  • Previous experience working within food production or manufacturing
  • A full, UK driving licence (essential)
  • Understanding of food safety and production compliance standards
  • Ability to operate or learn production machinery and processes
  • Strong attention to detail when checking quality and recording data
  • Ability to work at pace and meet production deadlines consistently
