We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Logistics Administrator to join a busy logistics operation based in Nottingham (NG8).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing transport and logistics administration tasks
- Communicating with drivers, warehouses, and customers
- Updating internal systems and tracking deliveries
- Handling paperwork and data entry accurately
- Supporting the operations team with daily admin duties
- Resolving queries efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Logistics or transport experience beneficial but not essential
Shift:
