We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Logistics Administrator to join a busy logistics operation based in Nottingham (NG8).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing transport and logistics administration tasks
  • Communicating with drivers, warehouses, and customers
  • Updating internal systems and tracking deliveries
  • Handling paperwork and data entry accurately
  • Supporting the operations team with daily admin duties
  • Resolving queries efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Logistics or transport experience beneficial but not essential

Shift:
