Role Overview
As a Stores and Logistics Operative, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Leeds branch through effective stock management, equipment maintenance and logistics support. This is a full-time, predominantly branch-based role with travel required to site locations across the UK as needed. You will play an important role ensuring equipment, materials and supplies are maintained, organised and delivered efficiently to support operational teams across multiple projects. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
What You’ll Deliver

Manage stock levels within the warehouse, ensuring materials and equipment are organised effectively

Carry out inspection, maintenance and cleaning of work equipment and Personal Protective Equipment

Collect work equipment and materials from suppliers as required

Deliver and collect work equipment from site locations across the UK

Support operational teams by ensuring equipment is available, compliant and ready for use

Maintain accurate records relating to stock, equipment and logistics activities

Ensure all warehouse and storage areas remain clean, safe and well organised

Follow Health and Safety procedures and company policies at all times

Support wider site teams with additional operational tasks where required

Travel to site locations across the UK, including occasional overnight stays when necessary
About You
You will be a reliable and organised Stores and Logistics Operative with strong practical skills and a proactive approach to supporting operational teams. You will be comfortable working within a Health and Safety-focused environment and capable of managing a varied workload across warehouse and logistics activities.

Full UK driving licence essential

Experience working within a Health and Safety-driven environment

Previous experience within a stores, warehouse or logistics role preferred

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Good organisational and communication skills

Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work

Willingness to travel across the UK and undertake overnight stays where required

Ability to support wider operational teams with additional tasks when needed
