Logistics Supervisor

Logistics Supervisor Required – Royston

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Supervisor to join a long-term project based in Royston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can lead from the front, ensure smooth site operations, and maintain high standards of efficiency and safety.

Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
Duration: Long-term work
Start Date: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site logistics operations
• Manage deliveries, storage, and distribution of materials
• Supervise and support site labourers and logistics staff
• Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times
• Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and site movements
• Liaise with site management and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Previous experience in a Logistics Supervisor or similar role on construction sites
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
