Machine Operator

We are looking for a hard working Machine Operator for our client in Leicester LE3 on an ongoing temporary contract. As a Machine Operator you will support the production team.  This role works alongside a fully trained Machiner Operator, helping to maximise machine throughput and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and accurately.

Pay:-

£12.71PH

Hours:-

Monday to Thursday 7:00 - 15:00

Friday 7:00 to 14:00

The Role:-

• Supporting the Machine Operator during production runs
• Hopper filling and maintaining continuous machine operation
• Assisting with the smooth running of machinery
• Checking materials and output for quality and accuracy
• Ensuring work is completed to production deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Reporting any issues or discrepancies to the Machine Operator or Supervisor

Skills & Experience Required

• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing and moving for the duration of the shift
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures carefully
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operative experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provide
