The Role - Maintenance Engineer
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced environment with strong investment in engineering and technology.
Key Responsibilities - Maintenance EngineerĀ
- Electrical fault finding on production and plant equipment
- Working with Siemens PLCs ā fault finding and basic modifications
- Maintenance and repair of control panels, circuits, drives, and inverters
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns
- Working with motors, sensors, relays, and automation systems
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What Weāre Looking For - MaintenanceĀ EngineerĀ
- Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer
- Minimum 5 yearsā experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong PLC experience (Siemens preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
- Proven fault-finding ability
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
