  • Maintenance Technician (Field Based – London & South East)
  • £36,500 + 5% allowance + overtime + bonus (OTE £44k–£50k+)
  • Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours (+ overtime paid)
  • Predominantly London & South East with occasional UK-wide travel
  • Occasional international travel (including U.S.)
  • Full training provided (3–6 months)

Must have’s: A full UK Driving Licence, An In Date Passport, Happy to Undertake an Enhanced DBS

The Role

A varied, hands-on field role carrying out repairs, servicing, and installations on construction sites and corporate commercial properties. You’ll work both independently and alongside installers, providing high-quality technical support and excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in plumbing, electrical, carpentry or similar hands-on work
  • Confident using tools and following technical instructions/drawings
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional, well-presented and customer-facing
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable using basic IT (mobile devices, job systems, email)
  • Willing and able to travel, sometimes at short notice
  • Good understanding of health & safety on site

Requirements

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Valid passport (international travel required)
  • CSCS Green Card
  • Willing to undergo a DBS check
  • Based within 1 hour of London
