We're looking for a Contract Senior Marine Vessel Engineer (HVAC) to provide expert technical leadership across critical onboard systems-ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency where it matters most.

What You'll Do

The Senior Marine Vessel Engineer (HVAC) will lead HVAC & refrigeration system performance across complex marine platforms

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve high-level system failures with precision
• Act as the technical authority for design reviews, system upgrades, and modifications
• Drive improvement in energy efficiency, reliability, and vessel habitability
• Lead HVAC activities during dry dock, refits, and commissioning

Your Expertise

• Proven experience across:
  • Chilled water & DX systems
  • AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
  • Marine refrigeration & air quality control
• Strong track record in fault finding, optimisation, and system upgrades
• Deep understanding of SOLAS, MARPOL, and Class compliance
• Skilled in managing maintenance strategies and performance analytics

What You Bring

• Marine/Mechanical Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
