A fast‑growing maritime technology company is looking for a practical, delivery‑focused Project Manager to help deliver multiple engineering projects from concept through to installation.

This is a hands‑on role in a scaling clean‑tech business, ideal for someone with strong technical understanding, good stakeholder management, and a grounded approach to getting things done.

YOUR NEW ROLE

• Coordinate engineers, suppliers, and shipyards

• Keep multiple projects moving on time and on budget

• Build simple, clear project plans

• Track actions, risks, and progress across workstreams

• Manage logistics, documentation, and supplier readiness

• Capture decisions and turn discussions into clear actions

ABOUT YOU 

• Degree/technical background in engineering, marine, manufacturing, or similar

• Experience in project management, coordination, engineering, or a manufacturing environment

• Strong technical understanding; credible with engineers

• Good stakeholder/relationship management

• Ability to juggle multiple projects at pace

• Practical, structured, solution‑focused mindset

• Comfortable working with suppliers, shipyards, and technical teams

• Marine/shipping/maritime experience is a strong advantage

DESIRABLE

• Shipbuilding, offshore, or vessel‑related experience

• Exposure to manufacturing/fabrication

• Experience in a startup or fast‑growth business
