We are looking for a creative, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our retail support team based in Leicester City Centre. This is a varied and hands-on role combining marketing, social media, and customer service responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business.

• Creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms
• Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activity
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social channels
• Assisting with website and digital content updates
• Monitoring customer feedback and helping improve customer experience
• Providing general support across multiple departments as required

• Previous experience in marketing and social media is essential
• Must be confident creating content and managing business social platforms
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Positive, flexible, and happy to work in a varied role
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport preferred
