We're looking for a resourceful and creative Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team, and help empower students to realise their potential with an international education.
As a hands-on Martech specialist within Kaplan International Pathways, you'll own the day-to-day administration, development, optimisation and maintenance of marketing technology solutions, which power customer journeys across our study destination portfolio.
Working within the Global Brand & Digital team, you'll translate marketing, product, content and analytics requirements into scalable, high-performing MarTech solutions - ensuring seamless customer experiences across channels, platforms and data integrations.
Collaborating closely with Digital Product, Digital Marketing, Content, CRM, Data and IT teams, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, efficient and effective end-to-end marketing technology capabilities.
Our ideal team member has technical experience with content, marketing automations and analytics across websites, forms, CMS and CRM, is comfortable training non-technical colleagues, and is continually looking to improve our working practices and outcomes.

What you’ll bring to the role

Hands-on experience working with marketing technology platforms (forms, analytics, CMS, CRM, compliance and automation).

Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience implementing analytics, reporting, tracking, tagging and data capture solutions.

Experience of training non-technical users, and producing training materials, in uses of marketing technology platforms.

Ability to work across marketing, content, product, data and recruitment and admissions teams in a matrix environment.

Comfortable translating non-technical requirements into practical technical solutions.

Experience of working with agile development teams to scope and request enhancements, including writing requirements and testing documentation.

Experience supporting continuous improvement of digital journeys through testing and optimisation.
