Mechanical / Electrical Fitters – Short Term Contract
£350 per day | 3 Week Project | Start 5th of May

We are currently looking for 3x Mechanical / Electrical Fitters for a short-term contract on a wastewater treatment facility project.

This is a hands-on industrial role, suited to experienced operatives comfortable working in demanding site conditions.

Role Overview

• Dismantling and stripping out mechanical equipment
• Work focused on:
• Exhaust systems
• Cooler banks
• Working on older plant machinery (approx. 20 years old)

This is a heavy-duty strip-out role, not a clean installation environment.

Working Environment

• Industrial wastewater treatment site
• Exposure to:
• Oil, grime, and corrosion
• Confined and awkward working areas
• Physically demanding work

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical fitting / industrial strip-out work
• Background in:
• Water treatment / utilities OR
• Heavy industrial environments
• Must be comfortable with dirty, hands-on work
• Valid EUSR Water Hygiene Card (essential)
• Valid CSCS or relevant site card (essential)
• IPAF (essential)
• Clean shaven - Face Fit test to be carried out on site.

Contract Details

• Start Date: 18th May 26
• Duration: 3 weeks
• Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:30
• Pay Rate: £350 per day

Please note: There are scheduled site closure days during the project.

• Strict adherence to health & safety procedures is required at all time
