Mechanical Fitter – Droitwich | £18.50 -£19.00 /PH | 40hrs/wk

Are you a hands-on Mechanical Fitter who loves precision engineering? Do hydraulic systems, building fixtures, and working from engineering drawings excite you? We’re looking for a talented fitter to join a fast-paced workshop—and occasionally take your skills on-site!

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical components, including hydraulic systems.
• Build fixtures and tooling with precision and flair.
• Read and follow engineering drawings like a pro.
• Test, inspect, and ensure everything meets top-notch quality standards.
• Take on occasional on-site fitting and installation work.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
• Expert in hydraulics and fixture assembly.
• Strong drawing interpretation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and impeccable attention to detail.
• Willingness to get hands dirty both in the workshop and on-site.
