Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Our client based in Newtown is seeking an experienced multi-skilled maintenaance engineer.

Our client is seeking:

• Experience in engineering within a manufacturing or food production environment
• Proficiency with engineering schematics, both electrical and mechanical
• A time-served apprenticeship in mechanical maintenance and basic electrical knowledge or qualification
• A methodical approach to working with impeccable record-keeping
• Knowledge of power tools, welding equipment, and precision instruments
• Computer literacy
• A solid understanding of food manufacturing requirements
• Keen attention to detail and pride in doing things right

Experience:

• Electrical engineering: 2 years (required)

Hours of work - Permanent days 6am-6pm 2-week rota 1st week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday) | 2nd week (Wednesday & Thursday)
