Multi Trader

Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join our client delivering maintenance services within the social housing sector across North London. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a permanent position offered after a successful 3-month period.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong background in either carpentry or plumbing, alongside general multi-trade skills.

Key Responsibilities

• General repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Patch plastering
• Painting and decorating
• Damp and mould treatment

Requirements

• Strong carpentry or plumbing skills
• Proven experience working in social housing (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

• Salary of £39,000 per annum
