You’ll be the face of the development — guiding customers through the buying journey, showcasing show homes, and building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and agents. This is a role for someone who loves people, thrives in a sales environment, and takes pride in creating a smooth, memorable buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer engagement — Welcome prospective buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through available plots and options.

  • Sales progression — Manage the full sales pipeline from enquiry to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

  • Show home presentation — Maintain immaculate show homes and marketing suites to create an inspiring first impression.

  • Market awareness — Stay informed about local competitors, pricing, and buyer trends.

  • Weekend availability — Work weekends as part of the rota, when footfall and enquiries are highest.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience gained with a housing developer or estate agency.

  • Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently on site

  • A proactive, target‑driven mindset

  • Full UK driving licence
