We are currently seeking a Night Transport Supervisor to join a fast-paced and dynamic transport operation based in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transport professional looking to take the next step in a leadership role within a time-critical, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage driver and team performance, ensuring all shift KPIs are consistently achieved
• Oversee operational and resource planning to maintain efficient service delivery
• Ensure full O Licence compliance and adherence to all legal requirements
• Maintain strict Health and Safety standards across all operations
• Support the Contract Manager with driver recruitment, inductions, and ongoing training where required
• Assist with investigations and performance management processes
• Handle regular customer interactions professionally and effectively
• Complete detailed shift reports and ensure smooth operational handovers

About You

• Proven experience managing drivers, ideally within large-scale retail or logistics operations
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPC (Transport Manager) qualification desirable
