Our clients nursery located in Silvertown near Thames Barrier, are now seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join their team.  Working a 40 hr week monday to friday, salary is c£40k ish, depending on experience, great opportunity to be working in a small team for an independent provider.

What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 2 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery and team, or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
• Ideal Nursery Deputy Manager Candidate
• Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
• Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
• Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
• Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
