About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in Southwest London. This is a permanent, full-time position, operating all year round, including school holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s learning and development through fun, engaging activities
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and safeguarding.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (desirable)
• We will also consider strong candidates with a Level 2 qualification
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with children
