The Role

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children.

  • To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above.

  • Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.

What you will be asked to do:

  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your own room, encouraging good practice and being a good role model.

  • Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus.

  • Promote positive working relationships with the parents and colleagues within your room.

  • Support your colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones, and observations to the highest standards.

  • Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework.

  • Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
