The Role
Our Room Leaders play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery. This role will focus on providing the very best care for our children and colleagues. We are looking for passionate, committed, energetic Room Leaders to be part of our opening team at our BRAND-NEW nursery in Sutton, opening late this summer! What are you waiting for? What you’ll need to succeed:
-
Passion and dedication to providing world-class care to children.
-
To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above.
-
A level 5 (Grade C) or above in GCSE Maths and English.
-
Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years.
-
Prior experience as a Room Leader in a large-scale nursery setting.

Strong communication skills and a brilliant team-player attitude.
What you will be asked to do:

Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your own room, encouraging good practice and being a good role model.

Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their well-being at the centre of focus.

Promote positive working relationships with parents and colleagues within your room.

Support your colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones, and observations to the highest standards.

Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework.

Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
