Salary: Circa £32,000 + Annual Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to join our friendly and supportive team in Leeds. This is a varied role where you'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing excellent support to customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
This position would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and being the go-to person within a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors
- Coordinating bookings, schedules, and appointments
- Preparing and arranging customer quotations
- Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries
- Maintaining office records and documentation
- Supporting Health & Safety administration and compliance
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
- Assisting with general business administration and reporting
- Supporting management with ad-hoc projects and operational tasks
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, or Senior Administrator role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office packages
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Salary circa £32,000
- Annual bonus scheme
- Monday to Friday working hours (9am–5pm)
