Basildon Area – Monday – Friday full-time office based role

Salary up to £30,000 DOE

The Role – Where You Make It Happen

As an Operations Coordinator Administrator, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless operations.

Coordinate engineers nationwide, acting as their go-to support from the office

Liaise daily with technicians, clients, and suppliers, keeping communication flowing

Plan and schedule essential engineering works across the UK

Track progress, manage reports, and maintain critical operational data

Keep everything on track, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance is maintained

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in operations, coordination, or admin support roles

Highly confident with systems, databases, and reporting tools

A strong communicator who can build relationships with engineers and clients alike

Exceptionally organised with sharp attention to detail

Able to prioritise and adapt to changing schedules and deadlines

Knowledge of UK geography is a bonus but not essential.

What You Get

Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday, full-time office-based role

37.5 hours per week (working between 08:00 and 17:30 with a one-hour lunch break)

20 days holiday plus bank holidays
