An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conscientious individual to join a small European Bank supporting a team of analysts.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing full administrative support to the team and handling some operational tasks
  • Managing documentation for internal workflows
  • Maintaining internal tracking tools/spreadsheets for fund performance monitoring/reporting
  • Assisting in the preparation of various fund reporting and marketing materials
  • Taking committee meeting minutes
  • Handling general queries

Your experience must include:  

  • Proven relevant experience within a loans admin or credit admin team, ideally within a structured finance or middle office environment – gained within Banking is ESSENTIAL  
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask to deadlines  
  • Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral  
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in French would be advantageous   

This role will be based in the London office five days a week for the first couple of months, after which it will move to a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days working remotely.
