We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of operations.
This role sits at the centre of the business, handling incoming client requests, preparing quotations, setting up jobs accurately within our systems, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure smooth delivery.
The Operations & Logistics Coordinator will communicate with clients and requires a professional, detail-focused approach. 

A typical day may include:
  • Reviewing incoming emails and client requests, prioritising urgent jobs.
  • Preparing and issuing quotations for transport, storage, and logistics services.
  • Setting up jobs accurately within internal systems.
  • Speaking with clients to clarify requirements and schedules.
  • Coordinating with warehouse and operational teams to ensure work is delivered smoothly.
  • Tracking live jobs and responding quickly to changes or issues.
  • Updating records to ensure all job information and pricing remain accurate.
  • Following up with clients and colleagues to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process daily client requests.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations.
  • Set up and schedule jobs within internal systems.
  • Coordinate closely with operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm requirements, timings, and pricing.
  • Monitor ongoing work and proactively flag issues or delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, quotations, and communications.
  • Support the wider team in delivering a high level of service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, operations, or a similar coordination role.
  • Experience preparing quotations or working with pricing structures is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, particularly when dealing with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using operational systems.
