Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £28-33,000 DOE

Daily Duties

  • Supporting the delivery of projects across multiple sectors and RIBA stages
  • Producing design and technical drawing packages using Revit
  • Assisting with planning applications, design development and construction information
  • Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and project documentation
  • Contributing to project meetings and design reviews
  • Ensuring work is delivered to programme and quality standards
  • Supporting project teams throughout the construction lifecycle

Ideal Candidate

  • RIBA Part 2 qualified
  • Minimum of a couple of years' UK architectural experience
  • Strong proficiency in Revit
  • Experience working across a range of RIBA work stages
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
  • Strong technical detailing and design skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop professionally
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
