We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing business in Brandon who are looking to add a reliable and organised Administrator to their friendly team on a part-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration experience looking for flexibility around working days and hours, while joining a supportive company with a positive team environment.

Key respoonsibilities:
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and handling enquiries professionally
  • General office administration duties
  • Processing customer orders accurately
  • Raising invoices and dispatch notes
  • Preparing and sending customer quotations
  • Managing emails and maintaining records
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Ideal candidate:
  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Confident IT user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
  • Positive, team-focused attitude
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
