Part Time Communications Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the communications team
- Manage shared inboxes, respond to enquiries, and coordinate communications
- Take, prepare, and circulate meeting notes and documents
- Support the delivery of communications and campaign activity
- Assist with budget processes, including invoices, reconciliation, and reporting
- Help coordinate suppliers and support procurement processes
- Organise rotas, meetings, events, and general logistics
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners
About You
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Professional, approachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
