My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Executive on 12 month contract basis. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite) and Inside IR35.

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Marketing Executive to support the strategic management and evolution of our International Publications programme. Working across multiple markets and stakeholders, this role will oversee programme governance, vendor and partner relationships, operational delivery and customer insight generation to ensure the programme continues to deliver value for both customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for publication-related activities across international markets, building strong relationships with local market teams, benefit owners and external partners.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of the publications programme, including annual planning, publication roadmaps and key operational milestones.
  • Manage relationships with external publication partners and vendors, overseeing programme performance, governance and delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align editorial content, partner opportunities and advertising activity, maximising value for customers and the business.
  • Support contract governance, risk management and control requirements, ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve programme effectiveness, operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative customer research to identify insights, trends and opportunities to enhance publication performance and customer engagement.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations that inform publication strategy, content development and partner engagement.
  • Develop reporting, updates and presentations for senior stakeholders, communicating programme performance, key learnings and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence effectively across a matrix organisation.
  • Experience managing external partners, vendors or agency relationships.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational excellence within a controlled environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in marketing, partnerships, customer engagement, programme management or a related field.
