About the Role

As a Partnerships & Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business across the AO and EPA market, building long-term partnerships, and supporting commercial growth. You’ll engage with key stakeholders across Ofqual-regulated awarding organisations, EPAOs, and employers, promoting services that support apprenticeship delivery and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and win new business opportunities within AOs, EPAOs, and the wider apprenticeship sector
  • Promote End-Point Assessment (EPA) and awarding organisation services to new and existing clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and contract award
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the Ofqual-regulated environment
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with compliance, quality assurance, and Ofqual requirements
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets in line with business objectives

About You

  • Proven experience in business development within Awarding Organisations (AO), EPAOs, or assessment providers
  • Strong understanding of Ofqual regulations, apprenticeship standards, and End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while managing your own pipeline
  • Track record of delivering growth within the AO / EPA / qualifications sector
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of compliance and quality frameworks
