A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established and reputable business within the agricultural and machinery sector.
You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team, playing a key role in ensuring customers receive the right parts, at the right time, with a high level of service throughout.
The Role
As a Parts Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Keeping customers updated on order progress and availability
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Supporting stock control, including receiving, unloading, and organising parts
- Ensuring all items are stored correctly and systems are kept up to date
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet business demands
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Ideally experienced in parts, stores, or a similar role within agricultural, automotive, or machinery sectors
- A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
- IT confident and comfortable using internal systems
- Practical, hands-on, and highly organised
- A motivated team player with a proactive attitude
- In possession of a full UK driving licence
- Competitive salary: £26,000 – £32,000 OTE (paid hourly, depending on experience)
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays

- Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week
- Saturday mornings on a rota basis
