The Role

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Parts Advisor to join a busy dealership. This is a key role within the aftersales team, ensuring the smooth supply of parts to both the workshop and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplying parts efficiently to the workshop and front counter
  • Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
  • Managing stock levels, ordering, and returns
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Processing invoices and payments accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant parts department

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (motor trade preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good IT/system skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
