Duties:
  • Manage internal and external parts enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Source, price, and dispatch high-value parts for luxury and performance vehicles
  • Assist in stock control and inventory management
  • Utilise industry-specific computer software for parts administration
  • Support import/export procedures for parts as required
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and service departments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and parts suppliers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with parts management systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • Punctual, well-presented, and flexible to meet business needs
