- Responding promptly and professionally to customer sales queries, orders, and complaints
- Escalating complex customer issues to management when necessary
- Adhering strictly to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies through regular training sessions
- Accurately understanding and clarifying customer requests and issues
- Upselling relevant products and services to meet sales targets
- Ensuring detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Managing parts look-up and order pre-pick processes
- Traveling to client sites to support account management and develop key relationships as a Parts Advisor
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a sales role within the automotive or related industries
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Full UK driving licence is preferred due to the travel involved
- Ambition to develop a long-term career within the motor trade
- Knowledge of automotive parts and industry best practices is advantageous but not essential for individuals from other sales backgrounds
