Duties Of A Service Advisor:
  • Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for service or repairs
  • Planning workshop workload and liaising with parts and workshop teams
  • Recording work carried out and providing updates to customers
  • Contacting customers for additional work or repairs needed
  • Ensuring customer lead times are met while maintaining high standards of service
  • Assisting with departmental administration and maintaining workshop schedules
  • Representing reputable automotive brands including Peugeot, Honda, and Kia
Requirements Of A Service Advisor:
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Previous experience in an automotive service department is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone
  • Patient, attentive, and a good listener
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Motivated to learn and develop within the automotive sector
